Please join Osher Lifelong Learning Institute, in partnership with the Harriet L. Wilkes Honors College as a part of their 25th-anniversary celebrations, for a fascinating conversation with best-selling author Jeannette Walls. Walls’ memoir, “The Glass Castle,” has been a New York Times bestseller for more than eight years. She is also the author of the instant New York Times bestsellers, “The Silver Star” and” Half Broke Horses,” which was named one of the ten best books of 2009 by the editors of The New York Times Book Review. “Glass Castles” was adapted to a film starring Brie Larson and Woody Harrelson, and her novel “Hang the Moon” is being adapted for television. A book sale and signing will follow.
