Seminar: Dramawise: The Humans

When a family gathers for Thanksgiving in a daughter’s new Chinatown apartment, a family’s love is challenged by fears of aging, abandonment, poverty, and death. This Tony Award-winning play blends drama and comedy with the excitement of an eerie foreboding permeating an unusual holiday gathering. In this interactive discussion about the Palm Beach Dramaworks production, PBD’s Gary Cadwallader examines the characters, their relationships, and the themes of love and truth. Multimedia clips supporting the discussion are utilized to enhance and support the story. Participants will receive a copy of the play beforehand, and a comprehensive, informative PBD Dramaguide will be written specifically for this discussion.
