This information session and workshop is for Palm Beach County cultural organizations who are interested in participating in the Cultural Council’s month-long celebration called MOSAIC (Month of Shows, Art, Ideas and Culture), which is held annually in May. Customer service, operations, marketing and communications staff are encouraged to attend as a group to participate in this hands-on strategy session. Attendees will brainstorm with Council staff about MOSAIC special offers and experiences, create a 5-star customer experience plan, and hear about success stories from a panel of MOSAIC veterans from the cultural arts sector.
